Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after being placed.
We ship only on Tuesdays, to prevent plants from spending too much time in transit. This exception does not apply to materials and substrates, which may be shipped on other days.
Our primary shipping carrier is Purolator.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier once the package has been shipped.
Once shipped, all orders are considered final and non-refundable.

Local Pickup
You may choose to pick up your order at one of our regular pickup locations. Depending on the location, a fee of $0 to $10 may apply.
Pickup locations (delivery within 1–3 weeks depending on location):
Free: Québec, Breakeyville, Lévis, Saint-Raymond, Saint-Léonard-de-Portneuf, Sainte-Catherine-de-la-JC
$5: Trois-Rivières, Drummondville, Granby, St-Hyacinthe, St-Amable, Longueuil, Ste-Marie-de-Beauce, Repentigny, Arvida, Donnacona
$10: St-Joseph-de-Beauce, Montmagny, Sherbrooke, Montréal or Laval (depending on demand)
Conditions: You must contact us directly via Messenger, email, or other communication platforms to confirm your local pickup request.
Specify your desired pickup location from the list above.
During checkout, you must select the “local pickup” option from the shipping choices.
Pickup locations may change depending on the time of year and volume of orders.

Home Pickup – Lévis (Breakeyville) & Saint-Léonard-de-Portneuf
Orders must be picked up within 7 days of being placed.
After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled without refund or store credit.
No exceptions will be made unless arranged in advance.
